The SELIVO EMS Shorts are the first of their kind: wearable toning shorts designed to fit seamlessly into everyday life.

Using Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology, trusted for decades by physical therapists and professional athletes, the shorts send gentle pulses to your thighs and glutes, causing them to contract up to 150 times per session.

Why We Made SELIVO

We’re two women who lived the problem ourselves.

As friends, we bonded over the same struggles — avoiding summer outfits, skipping events, and feeling like no matter what we tried, our thighs were always a battle.

We weren’t lazy. We weren’t undisciplined. We were simply tired of “solutions” that didn’t address the real issue.

So we set out to build something different. Something that worked with our bodies, not against them.
